Consistently identify and escalate incidents and anomalies before they impact business operations. Develop productive relationships with key business stakeholders to understand how Technology events affect the business. This position will also work closely with our Technology partners to identify opportunities to enhance monitoring of critical services that affect business operations. This position will lead and direct Incident Management calls and be responsible for the growth and development of incident commanders and scribes within the EMC. This leadership position will report into the Monitoring and Engineering organization and will manage a team of direct reports across multiple locations that are responsible for 24X7 monitoring the core OMF applications.
